Located in Gympie Sunshine Coast, Studio Sage is a professional Hair & Beauty Salon— offering one of a kind hair treatment services and beauty that will get you strutting around town showing off that new fresh look. CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICIES.
As a Small Business Owner I like to provide you with a full professional salon expirience. I also like to be treated like a professional. Here are a few of my policies set in place, so I can ensure to run my Salon in a professional and costly manner.
CANCELLATIONS, DEPOSITS & TRAVEL FEES:
If you are to book an appointment with me and cancel any less than 24hours prior or without rescheduling 12 hours prior to original appointment, a $50 non refundable fee will be requested. Until that fee is paid, no bookings will be further made for my service's upon my discretion. (Unless there is a fair reason)
Upon Special Occasion Bookings, Weddings or Formals a 30% non refundable deposit is requested upon booking, along with a travel fee.
Travel fee's will be charged $1.00 p/klm under 100klms. If 100klms or over will be charged $1.50 p/klm, if out of my durisdiction. (For wedding parties etc)
A 50% deposit will be required upon booking for hair extensions. Hair extensions are not cheap. I cannot afford to have them sitting there if you cancel. So to ensure I am not mucked around a 50% non refundable deposit must be made before purchasing and booking your extensions!
At no point do I offer refunds for services. If you are unhappy with something I will do my best to fix it but for no reason do I offer a refund. My time is precious and I take a lot of pride in my work. I ensure you I treat your hair like it's my own. I love making people feel and look good!
Please understand that as a business owner I also am a human, that has a family, bills and over heads just like you! These policies are set out not only to securely book you in place for my professional services, but so I am still able to run my business by keeping the doors open. I run a tight and professional schedule and like to be treated how I treat others.
